I’m born and I live in Padua- North Italy with my family and five kats. In the garden I take care of three goats, eight hens and a little wood.
I have been a middle manager in a trading company for twenty years, during which I collected identity knives. In my perspective a knife is a tool – yes I don’t forget it is – that brings us to basics; it has to be very elegant and primitive too.
I began to forge in 2001 and in my steel you can find representations of fire, crosses, flowers and nature items. I developed a technique they called “progressive patterning” oriented towards a deep plastic deformation. No passive techniques such tubing or machine cutting.
I feel very close to the blacksmith tradition and I teach in the Stia school STIACADEMY in Tuscany.
